At Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital, we know how special your pet is to you and we strive to strengthen your relationship in everything we do.

We start by providing a warm, friendly atmosphere where it’s more like visiting an old friend than a stuffy vet clinic. Even our patients enjoy coming to see us! ★★★★★ Our Granny Dog wasn't doing so well about a month ago and we knew due to her age and previous health conditions, she may not come home from the vet. The vet that cared for our dog, Maya, went through the risks and benefits of each option to best care for Maya. The best outcome was humanely letting her cross the rainbow bridge. The vet was so kind and curtious. When we picked up her ashes, it was clear that there was so much care given to our dog. There was a card with her nose and paw print stamped in it, a clay paw print with Maya's name, her ashes, along with a small jar with some of her fur. Making this choice was hard for our family, but we knew it was the best for Maya. We have been very happy with their care for our animals. They offer laser surgery for fixing which I believe is better for the animal. They have helped us alot with one of our animals who has alot of anxiety. They are easy to get into and have seen our dog last minute on a Saturday. They also have a rewards program which allows us to earn coupons off future visits or services. They never push us to do tons of extra services that are unneeded for our animals, like some vets do. My 3 year old dog is named Whiskey, and they saved her life.Whiskey developed a uterus stump infection, basically when the animal shelter where we adopted her spayed her didn't remove all of her uterus. She developed a huge infection. I thought it it was a urinary infection, but her health really diminished after a couple of days in noticing issues.Dr Landsskov quickly recognized she was in trouble and did x-rays to rule out blockage. She also recognized financial concerns I had and was transparent about each step and risks with each decision. In the end my dog needed exploitative surgery to diagnose and fix the issue. For this type of surgery I would need to tranfer Whiskey somewhere else on a Friday afternoon late. Whiskey would not have lived through the night.Dr. Landskov gave me another option that allowed Whiskey to get surgery right away and controlled costs. Dr. Landskov talked with her colleagues and they opted to stay late and do the surgery immediately.They saved Whiskey's life. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They really helped me manage the financials, and saved me a lot from transferring Whiskey to another location. Whiskey would have died.I truly believe the care for Whiskey was first priority, and they sacrificed to save her. Whiskey is all I have and a center point of happiness in my life. It would have me crushed if she died. The great staff at Burnsville Animal Hospital recognized this and kept her in my life. She wasn't treated as another number, or insignificant animal. Burnsville Parkway is just outstanding – from the front desk to the techs and or course the vets. All around just a great experience for my pup and I. He got 8 teeth removed yesterday and not once was I worried about leaving him there. They called to update me while he was under, and again when he woke up. Best experience ever. I could not get into my regular vet when my dog Kaia injured her paw. They squeezed me in, updated me on all aspects of the situation. She ended up having surgery to remove her nail, the situation was stressful for me but the staff was amazing. Called next day to check on her. A stressful situation for me turned out just fine.
