Our Facility
We are located on the west side of 35W right next door to the Holiday gas station. When you step through our front doors, you’ll experience a hospitable, energetic, and inviting atmosphere – where it’s more like visiting an old friend than a stuffy vet clinic.

Before Your First Appointment
Before arriving for your first appointment, please fill out our New Client Form so we can get to know your pet better.
Your First Appointment
When you check in with our front desk, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly and courteous customer service representatives. A member of our medical staff will soon meet you in the lobby and lead you to an examination room where we’ll ask a few questions and measure your pet’s vital signs.
One of our veterinarians will then examine your pet, address any concerns you may have, and create your pet’s individual care plan. Our goal is to establish a baseline for future visits and make sure your pet’s preventative and diagnostic health needs are covered. This is a great time to ask questions! Our veterinary team wants to ensure you’re completely comfortable with the information we are providing.
Once the appointment has concluded, our team will process your payment at the front desk and schedule any follow-up appointments needed.
