Veterinary Assistant

Luc has had a passion for everything animal-related ever since his earliest days. If there was an opportunity to learn about or help a member of the animal kingdom, he would take it! For him, a career in the world of veterinary care just makes sense. Luc is a Veterinary Assistant with the Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital team.

Luc grew up in Oak Grove with his parents and older sister, and graduated high school with two years’ worth of collegiate credits under his belt. He immediately enrolled in the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities as an animal science major, where he currently studies. After completing his undergraduate coursework, Luc plans on continuing on to veterinary school to become a licensed veterinarian himself!

Around the hospital, Luc enjoys radiology work and helping out with surgical procedures. Most of all, he loves getting to meet a wide variety of pet personalities every day. For him, making a difference for a family’s furry companion is a dream come true!

When time permits between his studies and his work here at the clinic, Luc enjoys spending time with his friends and girlfriend, attending events on the University of Minnesota campus, and doting on his family’s Golden Retriever, Roxy.
