Clinic Update – July 2020

Hello Pet Parents!
We hope this email finds you all safe and happy! We would like to update you on what is happening at BPAH.
Clinic Hours:
We are excited to announce that we are officially back to our regular business hours of Monday through Friday 8am-6pm and we are open on Saturday’s again from 8am-12pm! We are hoping this helps free up some appointment slots so we can begin to see a few more patients per day. Please be patient with our staff as we have had a high volume of phone calls and appointments recently. You can always leave a message, contact us via our PetDesk app, or email and we will get back as soon as we can. We apologize for any inconvenience and are trying our best to get to all of our wonderful clients.
Annual Exams and Vaccines:
We are also booking annual exam and vaccine appointments again! We do have a limit on how many we are scheduling per day due to social distancing and keeping everyone safe. So please be patient with our staff while we try to get our wonderful clients back on our schedule as we are booking out a month in advance.
Elective Surgery and Dentals:
Since the ban on elective surgeries and dentals has been lifted, we have been able to start our normal surgical services again!  We will continue the same protocol as curbside appointments for surgery and dental drop off and pick up. We will be limited with how many procedures we can do per day, so we may be booking out a few weeks. When you call to schedule an appointment our staff will go through the drop off and pick up protocol with you and answer any questions you may have.
Curbside Drop off Appointments:
Lastly, we are going to continue with our curbside appointments for the foreseeable future. We miss seeing and visiting with all of our clients, but we need to keep our clients and staff safe and help prevent the spread of COVID 19. Our office is unfortunately not big enough to allow clients and staff inside and still follow the social distancing requirements. Please be aware that appointments do take a lot longer than usual with curbside service. So please allow additional time in your schedule the day of your appointment. We also offer drop off appointments if needed to work with your schedule. Our staff is working very hard and doing their best to help make the appointments run as smoothly as possible with all the new protocols.
