COVID-19 Update

We are continuing with our weekly updates to keep you all in the loop and up to date with what is happening at BPAH! As with the whole world right now, things are changing daily and we want your pets care to go as smoothly as possible. We hope you are all doing well and staying safe! If you have missed any of our previous updates, they are all available on our blog page on our website and our Facebook page.
Temporary Hours & Protocols:
We are going to continue with our shortened business hours from 9am-4pm Monday through Friday and closed on Saturdays through May 4th during the extended stay at home order. We are also going to continue with the curbside visits for sick and urgent exams only either in clinic or via telemedicine. Please give us a call if you have any questions about our drop off protocol or telemedicine. As soon as we are able to get back to seeing annual exams we will let you know. We want to keep your pets protected and get them back on track as soon as possible.
Doctor Update:
We do have some exciting news for you all that happened this week! Dr. Rozendaal and his wife welcomed their second baby girl into their family on Monday. We are so excited for them! So, that means Dr. Rozendaal will be out of the office for a couple weeks spending time with his family. Dr. Kruse and Dr. Hall will still be available for both in clinic and telemedicine visits as needed.
Delivery of Hill’s Prescription Diets:
We also wanted to let you know that Hill’s prescription pet food has notified us that their orders are taking a little longer to arrive than usual. So if your pet is on a prescription diet please order it 2 weeks in advance whether ordering on our online pharmacy or for in clinic pick up. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Thank you again for your continued patience and understanding. We understand that this is a very difficult and stressful time for everyone, but we will get through this together. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about our new protocols or procedures. We would be happy to walk you through them. Take care and have a wonderful Easter weekend!
Sincerely,
The Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital Team
